Forgot to use a referral code when registering

My wife forgot to use a referral code when registering my SIM card. How can we fix this

check inbox(top right corner envelope icon) for response from CS_Agent.

Not a problem. Just contact agent and ask them to apply referral code.

To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Just contact a CS_Agent and explain that your wife forgot to add the RAF code.

They are very accommodating but explain nicely.

They can be reached by private messaging above envelope icon or create a ticket on SIMon Chatbot bottom of page.
