Hello,
My old credit card expired for autopay and my account was suspended. I have since updated my account with a new card and have enough funds but I still can't reactivate my account. When I hit reactivate my account and says I already have enough funds in my account this was 4 days ago, still no service.

Send them your phone number, your account number and/or email address, and a description of your problem.
I also suggest that you edit the message you posted before to remove your email address, since this is a public forum...
