Hi, I just realized i forgot to put in the 2GB promotion code when activating my SIM card today. Is there a way to add it in? Thanks!

HI @bamboogarden PM CS Agent likely able to add it back for you if you meet all the requirements on the promotion. Please open a ticket with them at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
