I forgot to put my friends referral code when doing the activation process. Can someone please help me? The referral code is XXXXXX.

Try again, this link will open the message windows for CS agent and you can message them:

Alternatively , you can click on this link for CS agent : @CS_Agent , then click Send a Message button and then write them the message to open a support ticket

@softech I have a similar issue. Referred my nephew but he didn't add the code. Every attempt to create a ticket or inquire in a chat ends in empty generic solutions. The link above doesn't currently help to open a ticket. Is there a different location? Thank you.

@ryoku Please go back to your post and remove your referral code, it is against company policy to post them here. You can contact customer service and ask them to apply it after the fact though there is no guarantee that they will.
