I forgot to use the code, 12MONTHS2GB, when I activated my SIM card a few hours ago.
I tried to submit a ticket via SIMon to see if I can add it on still because I have only been a new customer for a few hours, but there is constantly an error with submitting a ticket.
I tried to submit a ticket an hour ago and just now, only to be hit that there is an error and cannot be submitted for whatever reason.
What is my next step for trying to add on the promo code of 12MONTHS2GB to my plan?

I think the 12MONTHS2GB promo have expired. I no longer see the ad on FB.
The current promo is 2gb for 6 months on 4G speed with a minimum $40 plan with promo code code 4GPLANBONUS.
It is worth a try but don’t hold your breath.

you can open a ticket with CS agent and they can apply it back for you:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
