Hi I bought some add ONS but I can't use them use the site is down when will it be up or how can I get my account pin reset to me so I can use my phone I am needing help

HI @Grayone99   site is now up.  You can check if the add-on was purchased successfully and showing on My Account

For most add-on, you might want to reboot your device to make the add-on working

Which add-ons did you buy and what type of services are you trying to use?  The Self Serve page being down is unrelated to your add-ons not working. To reset your account PIN, wait until daytime and the site should be working again and you can perform that process from within your Self Serve account.
