Hi there,
I lost my credit card and get a new one. I couldn't loggin my account and pay the monthly fee. I forgot my email and password. please help me, thank you

Your login ID is your registered email but click on Forgot Password to try to access your account.
If your CC doesn’t come in before your renewal date. Pickup vouchers and dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC to pay your bill to continue service.
Here is where you can pickup vouchers:
But call ahead to make sure they sell them.

@NINAQIAN Did you try the reset password option or forgot email option , if so and still no luck you can ask support to help you regain access and update credit card info
you can use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen or send a private message To CS_Agent
