Ordered SIM + plan late Jan 25, 2026. Expected Delivery Feb 3, 2026. Now Feb 9/10, no SIM arrived, no updates.

it's been known that sim's can take up to 3 weeks to arrive via Canada Post. If you can be patient a bit longer, you'll get it soon.
You can massage Customer Support using this link to confirm their shipping date...
