Do you have the sim in a phone? You should be able to use the SMS option on password change.

I have used the same email I received the welcome email but the password reset email is not coming to that email

you need to to contact a customer service agent for account email reset or change

check your community envelope for a reply

Use the reset password link at the login screen.
Adding - oh, there was more in the subject line. Look in all your inboxes for emails from here. Especially the welcome email from when you signed up. That would be the registered email address.
