i think my credit card was expired in my account and i am trying to change the card so I tried to login to my account, but I forgot my password. Pls help!

After trying unsucessfully trying to log in a few times, you will be locked out fo the account for 15 minutes (even if you do figure out the password). You can try again after that 15 minute wait (it says 1 hours on the website, but 15 minutes is the true amount of wait time). If you still can't get in and the forgot password option also doesn't work, you'll need to open a ticket by opening the following link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
After opening the above link, type in something such as "forgot security question answer" to open a ticket with a customer support agent.
