Hello. I have forgotten my password and do not remember the security question when I am clicking forgot password. I need to renew my account and am currently unable to make calls. Please help me log into my account so I can renew my plan

@Davidlyons906 your subject says "'lost my plan".
If you are in a nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days you DO lose your account, phone number and access to self serve. Is this your situation?

The guy below you had the same issue. You cna use the links above to connect with a CSA who can get you access back into your account once you go through verification process
