I pay for a cell for my daughter and she forgets her password. I'd like to upgrade her package. Please advise next steps to login.

You might need to clear your cache, cookies and go into incognito before you login to your account and click Forgot Password.
You will need to answer your security question.

When upgrading plan it is advisable to choose change plan on next renewal date. If you change the plan immediately you will not receive any credit for your current plan.

HI @Shala did you try to use the Forgot Password? If unable to reset that way, please open ticket with PM CS Agent:
