Hello I received an email that my sim would get fully deactivated in a few days, so I tried logging in to my Public mobile account but unfortunately I forgot my password. So, I chose the "forgot password" option but I couldn't remember the answer to my security question. Please what can be done because I really need to pay before my sim get permanently deactivated. Thank you. Regards

HI @AjayiOpeyemi one way for quick reactivation is to go to a store for instant top-up. It is available at most Canadian Tire Gas, Esso, Gateway Newstands, and MacEwen locations.

Buy a voucher and dial in to 611 and enter it in. You can buy vouchers in lots of stores and a couple online.
You could go to much fewer stores and do instant top-up as well.
Was this an email? Or a text? Would you be willing to provide us an image of it without anything identifiable.

@AjayiOpeyemi First try the forgot my password link here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/
Otherwise you need customer support to reset the password by submitting a ticket via chatbot here: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Edit: BTW, you can purchase a voucher from a retailer or gas station or recharge.com (for a fee) and load it by dialing 611 on your phone.
