Just to summarize the info provided by other member.
PM self-serve account name is your email address used during actuation.
If you have more than one email address, go through your account to look for the PM welcome email after activation. That email address is your username.
If you did not received your welcome email, there may be a typo during activation. You may contact moderator for assistant.
If you forgot the password provided during online activation, your can use the forgot your password link on the login page. But you need the answer to your security question.
If all failed, you can contact moderator for assistant.

@Jules269 If you couldn't restore your password to your username (email), contact mods as was mentioned. They are awesome and fast in reply. Can help you get the access asap.

You could try looking for your registration email. If you can't find it then contact a moderator.

@Jules269 hi if you cant find your info ask the mods for a temp password your email/username would be the same one you signed up with click the ? bottom right corner ask Simon to speak to a human ask for temp password
