Hi,
I set up an account for one of my kids but I don't remember the e-mail address that I used to set up the account. I have the phone and can reset the password but I don't know how to reset/retrieve the email address.

@ckeesman you have tried to use the Reset Passowrd link there? You can put in any possible email address and see which one get the reset password email from PM
if that does not work, open ticket with PM support using chatbot
