My dad is trying to figure out what email my sisters account is connected to he was able to change the password but cannot figure out the email its connected he has tried all the emails he thinks it is and no one is getting an email. Also when he goes forgot email it says sending and email to the email the phone is attached to please help. He wants to change my sisters plan and cant get into her account.

@Sarah26 , use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket. Expect to be asked questions about account ownership before obtaining access from support. Accessing a relation's account might not work.
