Hey there,
My dad needs to get back to using auto pay however he does not know his pin or his email address he used to register his phone number with. Is there a way to retrieve or reset those?
Thanks, Bill.

If your dad is using the same phone as he was when he activated then the 4 digit account pin# may still be in his texts from 611 or in the texts on the SIM card in the phone's message settings.
Tell him to put public mobile in the search bar of all of the possible emails he could of used to see if the welcome email from pm shows up or an inordinate amount of pm emails would be a big clue that is the email used.

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #

If your dad forgot email, password and security answer and even PIN the only way to sort that out is to contact agent for assistance. There are few possible advises available how to try to get access to account but fastest will be agents' help.
Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
4 digit PIN agent cannot see thus he cannot tell you but agent Can change it. So it will be a good idea to have everything ready: new email, password and PIN and pass everything to agent to update.
