Forgot My Account email address

My plan is suspended. I forgot my account email address so I couldn't make a payment. Please help!!

I actually don't remember because I activated the sim card a few years ago. I also set up pre-authorized payment so I never check My Account. I don't remember my 4 digits pin as well :((

When you active your SIM, did you register the same email address on this Community?

If you did, click on your avatar on the top right then My Settings. It will show your email.

@dinhhoaa1967   if you know the 4 digits PIN, you can use *611 and  make a payment there

 

For My Account, you can start with using Reset Password option there, put all emails you have and see which one get the reset password email in the end

 

if still unable to reset password that way, open ticket with PM Support and they will sort this out for you
