I forgot my email for my public mobile account. I've had it set up for automatic billing for years, but I never receive any emails to any of my email addresses. I don't have access to whatever email I signed up with. When I go to forgot email, I then enter my phone number and receive a message that says, 'login failure' and no text is received.
I just want to upgrade my plan, but don't want to have to pay for my old plan and a new plan.

at this step, it will send you an email to the correct email. But you have to check all your email to see which one received that.

you don't enter phone number to login, you need the email
did you try Forgot Login there? Or you can ask PM to help
