Hello,
The last few times I have tried to log into my new account I have gotten a error message saying Forbidden A1 and nothing else on the screen. i have tried different browsers and nothing works. I was just about to port another number from my old provider but now I can not even log in to my account. not very reassuring.
Can anyone help?

@MissMaya, Should be working now. I just tried accessing my app and was able to get in like normal

I tried login in too and the website and app is undergoing maintenance update.
So login tomorrow morning.

I am assuming it's being maintained right now since the mobile app is showing a better error screen than the website. It says "Maintenance mode".

Same. Other old posts here seem to indicate a maintenance downtime or problems with the authentication system. I'm waiting to see if there is an announcement or confirmation, or if it just fixes itself soon.
