I have problem logging in and it showed Forbidden A1. My internet service is currently shutter down. And I couldn't get any help.

Reboot your phone first
and you probably need PM to help. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

I tried. Not even browser, app, my laptop, I couldn't log into my account successfully. it showed "Forbidden A1" on browser. and the app simply redirected back to login page.
And my phone is not connecting to the internet, however calling and sms are working. I did my subscription yesterday. Please help.

it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
