I'm trying to log in and every time I do it brings me to this page forbidden A1.

 

What can I do to log into my account.

The rare customer will still have difficulties login into their account.  Have you tried a different device like a PC or labtop?  

You can submit a ticket via the following link:

Sometimes, you might need to wait one hour in-between several attempts since your account gets locked out.  

If your due date is coming soon, you could purchase a payment voucher and load up the funds by dealing 611 on your phone.  Payment vouchers can be purchased in store (ie. Shoppers, Shell, Canadian Tire, etc) or online (recharge.com - service fee applies)

Thanks for the quick reply. Service is working but I'm concerned because I haven't put in my credit card to do auto pay and I run my business off this phone number. 

I have tried everything you could think of where I went in incognito and I refreshed the page multiple times. Tried different browsers and everything. Nothing is working. Even when I try to click on the link to private message you, I don't know if I missed a step but it's not working properly. Is anybody able to access my account? I'm truly concerned.

you can try using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to try again

or try using PM app

@gerster1 , I get forbidden A1 from time to time on desktop chrome.  I hit refresh and the account has always been able to load for me.  Incognito mode will avoid this issue.

When I first signed up, all was good. Then I could not log in. I have tried resetting my password, I have tried on the app, different browsers, different computers.. NOTHING is working. 

When I try it on the app, it looks like it wants to log in, then goes back to to log in page.

Were you able to login before?

The website is finicky.  You can try to login first by clearing cache, incognito mode or a different web browser. You can also use a different device or the PM app itself.
