Fongo to PM

Hi,

I just signed up for PM yesterday and requested to transfer my Fongo world number to PM.
It is announced that the treatment lasts between 2 and 5 hours, but it still does not work.

@Paultm Fongo is VoIp provider and it takes 5 to  7 business days for the port to complete

since it is VoIP provider, they might not need sms to approve

Hi @Paultm 

You should get a text from Fongo asking permission to port. I had to call the porting team number to get help porting from Fongo. I'll send you the number in the top right corner mailbox.
