Anyone know how to fix text messages idk my friends are sending me texts but im not receiving them but I still get data any ideas?

APN settings are only for use for Data.

I talked to them they said everything is working on their end and they triple checked it idk I tried the apn settings posted on the website if u look at my pictures it. Shows everything is all good

It could be an issue with the new SIM

Have you tried this new SIM card in a different phone? Maybe it needs to be reprovisioned.

No my last sim was with public mobile I got a new one but texts messages are disappearing

Did you just port over to Public Mobile from another provider? If so, have you tried placing your old providers SIM card in your phone to see if you still have service? There is a number I can send you to call IF this is the issue.
