Hello, I am a public mobile customer. I was text a promo code 2GBFIONA because I was impacted by Fiona. I put in the promo code on my account and it said it was applied. Last night I ran out of my original data and now I have no data so the promotional data never took effect. Please help.

It should have worked, I would email support or call/message, maybe input the promo code again?

You can look into your usage history and see how much data you used and whether or not that extra 2GB is accounted for.

Click on the little spinner refresh icons lower down to see if you get updated info. Or use private mode. But maybe you used all of that data too.
