Need assistance getting my account number for my phone number, unable to log in as I dont have an email activated or online account but I have my phone number which is still active for this month

So how did you get your SIM activated?

@softech OP says they don't have an online account.
@jmorain124 - if you can find your activation email, the account number is in the TO section of that email.
If you cannot find the email, and you have never registered for an account you can submit a ticket here to: Create My Account or forgot My Account email or password link. TheyThen follow @softech 's instructions to see the account number once logged in.

@jmorain124 you can find your account number from My Account
Simply login to My Account, go to Profile page and the account number is there

Did you sign up for service before last July? Do you still have the welcome email from when you signed up?
