Hi I want to port from Fido to Public Mobile but the digits on the back of the Fido SIM card is 20 digits instead of the required 19 digits. How do I resolve this issue and proceed with the porting?

If you are porting over to PM, you need to active a PM SIM but you leave the Fido SIM in your phone to confirm that you are porting over to PM to avoid fraudulent SIM swapping.
Go to your local Telus/Koodo store to purchase a PM SIM or order one online at Canadian Cell Supplies on sale for $6 with fast shipping.
If you order one from PM, it may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

To port your phone number to Public Mobile, you'll need to have a PM sim card to be able to do that.
You can get a Public Mobile sim card from a corporate store from either Telus or Koodo.

@chio5rtl From Fido to PM? you will need a BRAND NEW PM sim card, which has 19 digits
Fido sim card can only be used on the Fido network
To get a new PM sim card, please check Telus and Koodo store (DO NOT order from PM site as it could take long to arrive)

You don't. You need a Public sim.
