I had a fantastic experience with this individual from Public Mobile called ARTURO_H during the live chat on the Public Mobile website on 12-Sep-2020. I had a bundle of questions and this person was very patient while answering all of them. Definitely a very decent individual that reflected in the way he / she was answering (I didn't feel respectful to ask the gender). Believe this, he / she didn't lose his / her temperament for the whole 1 hour and 20 minutes we were talking.. I wish the Public Mobile management sees this. I wish he / she should be appreciated and rewarded for this.

Welcome to public mobile! I am unsure if you can do this for live chat but when you have a service request with the moderators once you are finished you can request a review llink. You can then comment on your customer service experience and be honest especially where there's need for improvement on pm s part to give the moderators access to the tools they need to serve us better. They are a great team and work exceptionally hard for us

@jayzee That's great to hear. I also had an experience similar to this where I had a bunch of questions that I wanted answered before I signed up with Public Mobile. The person I talked to (I unfortunately do not recall their name) was also super patient and very professional. Live chat that is offered by other network providers should really take notes from Public Mobile. I honestly dislike the other experiences I've encountered with live chats where the person on the other end have been super short with their answers or been judgemental with the way they would respond to my questions. Definitely was refreshing to see that the live chat experience that I had as well as the live chat experience you had with Public Mobile were positive ones. Welcome to PM!

That's why I just say he. This modern they business is not needed in a pseudonymous place. If I'm aware that someone prefers that then I'll respect that. I also smiled a few days ago reading someone say she. Fair enough. But I guess I'm old school.
