Failure to make a payment with credit cards

Hello, since yesterday I have been trying to make a payment with 3 different credit cards and debit cards and I can not make any payment to reactivate my plan. It stills EXPIRED. What can I do? The message is " unable to process transaction. Sorry your credit card transaction was denied by your card issuer...

Try using a different browser and incognito mode.  Also try clearing your cache and cookies then reboot.
