Failed to activate subscription

The activation process failed and i've been with customer service for over 3 hours.

The solution? go pick up a physical sim and we'll try again OR a refund that takes 20 business days!

This is probably the slowest and worst service i've ever had. 

 

I will not be recommending this to anybody. What a waste of time!

Don't give up just yet. Once you're in and the money you save, it's worth it. This coming from a guy who's been here 5 years now. The amount of money I've saved is great! If you want a SIM card faster, you can order from Amazon or call your local Telus stores and see who has a PM SIM card. Then keep your invoice and sent it to PM and they'll reimburse you in credit to your account.

yes i tried the e-sim. I have a pixel 6 and the compatibility tool said it will work. The crappy app (which has 1.6 stars on the google store btw) gave me a message that i could not complete the process and customer service says they can't try it again.

@normanchan , did you happen to try to use an e-SIM but it it not compatible with your phone?  That would probably be why you need to get a physical SIM.
