Failed to Add Add-On, Still Got Charged

So I tried to add a 1Gb add-on, but the payment kept getting declined, however after checking my bank account I was successfullty charged for it. So I'm now in a state where I received no add-on, but still paid for it.

 

Where do I go to get this resolved?

If your credit card charged rechecked your self serve see if you see funds in your available funds if you do then you have to buy add-on again if funds not showing then you need to contact mod dept if you got charged already
Contact any moderator by private message to help you with the process.
In your private message the following info
* PM account email address
* PM phone number
* Detailed explanation

What you do click on link the webpage will open. You will see a mod team click on any name then scroll down all the way and click on send a private msg then explain your problem
