Failed subscription

Could  not finish subscription  but was billed. How do i get refund

Same thing happened to me!  I tried to transfer my number to Public Mobile.  I keyed in the IMEI number and my phone number.  Then, is error, can't go further.  Public Mobile completely no service.  There is no way to call them.  The chat room always said "try again later".  I want my refund.

@Bigswede this is something fixable and don't need to give up yet.  May I know what the error was?? were you activating eSIM or physical sim?? you have an iPhone or Android??
