Hi. I am having difficulty transferring my old Bell number to my new plan. I missed the sms confirmation window and was assigned a new number. I have reinstalled my old SIM card but can’t find a way on this site to transfer the number over again.

Go to Profile and there you can:
- Change phone number
- Change SIM number
- Transfer Phone Number
If that does not work contact agent to trigger porting again.

@SharonConnor I will and you the porting team number private message . They can re trigger the port request for you
