Failed port in (can't submit a ticket)

Hello all,

 

I recently tried to port to Public, but I think that I entered one piece of info wrong in the process, and now the port is only half complete. I went through tthe chatbot and got the option to create a ticket, but no matter what I try to do, the ticket will not submit.

 

Is anyone else encountering these issues?

did you go through the activation all the way to the end using the app?

For updating porting details, I will send you the number to porting team, talk to them and update.  Please check your Community inbox

Unfortuantely the ticket system is incredibly broken so it’s best to contact customer service through the community inbox. 

But since you have a porting issue, I can send you the number to the porting department and they’ll sort everything out for you. Please check your community inbox for this!
