Service was suspended for missed payment paused it still no service

Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings 

and make sure no Mobile data limit set

Already paid with debit credit card payment was taken no internet connection unless near wifi

When loading funds for renewal, remember to add E911 fess if you are in the following provinces: AB, NB, NF, NS, NWT, NU, PEI, QC, SK

And, if still cannot pay but you need to resume service urgently, you can get a voucher from SDM/Rexall/Loblaws/Cantire and then load the voucher using *611 on your phone (or 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone) to resume service first and then try updating the card again later
(you can also buy a voucher online with a fees from muskbird.com/ding.com/recharge.com)
