Porter number in from Fizz, doesn’t appear to have taken. Currently have an active Fizz line and a Public line and my phone number is still stuck over with Fizz. Text messages and phone calls obviously not working as a result. It’s been about 24h now.
hoping someone might be able to point me in the direction of the porting team.

Hello,
can you send me private msg as well. Having similar issue I posted over from fizz and online account with public mobile seems like the number and account is active but still have both access.
now have eSIM with public mobile but people are unable to call me when using public mobile but works when I switch to fizz.
The port from fizz might not be completed. Can you see who can help out or what can be dine
