I have same issue before, if showing sos only try couple time turn off/on esim and restart your phone, if still not work switch to physical SIM card will be faster option (you can find on Amazon for next day shipping).
Their customer support can really do nothing except a refund for 7-10 day.

You can only activate the SIM on the PM app on your phone.
If you are porting your old number over to PM. Leave the old SIM in your phone and wait for the text confirming with YES that you are porting over to PM…you got 90 minutes to reply or porting will be cancelled.
If you are picking a new number. Reboot your phone by powering off then power back on.
If you done all requirements and still not working. It could be a provisional/backend issue with the SIM then you will need to contact a CS_Agent at:
