Apparently, I successfully activated two sim cards with the same e-mail, different passwords. Both phones are working. One phone number will not let me open, fix, repair, access or anything as I am told my sim EMI number is not valid. Entering my phone number is also rejected. I have two functioning phones with one account access. Can you fix this? This is really messed up. I will need to modify my plan shortly and need access.

@Valery3 people who normally post on the Community forum are customers and members like you here, not Public Mobile Employees, did you know this?
Posting here in the community is where other customers/members like you help out each other.
If public mobile representatives are required to be contacted, go to your envelope at the top right of the community page, start a new PRIVATE message (not to be posted here on the community), address it to CS_Agent. This goes directly to Public Mobile employees.

@Valery3 PM system is one email for one account There is really no reason how and why you can activated two sim card with the same email, unless you are activating one account only.
I think you need to engage support to look into the issue. Please message them:
