I paid my bill on Feb 22 but then yesterday I got a text message saying my bill is due March 1. In my account it says it's not due until March 22 again.
why would I be getting this text? I have my number as the alternate number for my wife but her bill isn't due until March 3.

@Ckyaimee It was sent by mistake. Just ignore it. The correct date is on your self-service account

There were payment reminder texts that were sent in error.

@Ckyaimee please ignore the errant message. There's a bug in the system, that does it . Call 611 or log into your self service account to determine your correct cycle date.
