follow above direction and you should see your data add-on something like this...


If you see no mention of data available that means you've either used up the add-on already OR it was never successfully added.

you bought the $15 for 1GB extra data add-on?
First, login to My Account again using Incognito mode. Make sure you see the 1GB data in the add-on section there
Also, check Payment history page https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history to confirm the purchase was completed
Next, reboot the phone once and try again
If still does not work, make sure you don't have any data limit enabled on your device. It is usually under Mobile Data page on your phone, check it and disable it
