Not a good idea to post all your personal information as the is a public community.
Yes, just log into your self service account and go to My Plan>Change Plan.
Looks like you are on AutoPay which gives you 500mb on top of the 2.5gb on the $35 PM plan.

@sher323 : Just to make sure you're not talking about the 2GB promo...no....that's only for new activations. It's basically a $5 savings from the $40 plan.

To prevent error messages and other glitchy stuff from happening when making changes in our account be sure to:
Unless you desperately need more data now....always just schedule your plan change to occur on your next renewal. When changing to a higher priced plan some suggest topping up your account before renewal to completely cover your new plan price because it has occasionally caused autopay to fail upon renewal.

Yes, that is the beauty for Prepaid service. No commitment, no contract. You can change your plan up or down anytime you want.

Yup, @sher323
Here’s the process for changing plans, first login to Self Serve to this screen:
Then, click Change Plan:
Then select desired Plan:
Then choose Change on Next Renewal Date:

You can go into your self serve account to change from the $25 to $35 plan. This isn't a procedure that requires customer support to be contacted. Usually, you'll want to schedule the change to haplen at the time of your next renewal. Otherwise, you will end up paying extra.

Change Your Plan
When you’re changing your plan, you can choose to change immediately or at your next plan renewal date. To change your plan: sign in to Self-Serve, select ‘Change Plan’ on the Overview page, select the plan you want, and scroll to the bottom of the page.If you’re looking to apply a promotion to your plan, learn how you can do that here.Changing your plan on the next plan renewal dateWe recommend you choose this option because it allows you to use the services you have already paid for until your next plan renewal date. Here are some things you should know about this option:
Changing your plan immediatelyYou may choose to change your plan immediately if you have used all or most of your services, or if your account is suspended and you would like a different plan. Here are some things you should know about this option:
What will happen if my payment wasn’t completed? In this scenario, your account could still move from suspend to active, re-starting your plan cycle and potentially only reactivating a portion or none of your services. If you find yourself in this situation, simply go to the “Payment” tab in Self-Serve, choose “One Time Payment”, and opt to pay the “Amount Due”. This will cover the new plan cost less any partial payment that was taken. After successful payment, your services should be fully reactivated. If your services aren’t restored, please start a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon, to submit a ticket to the Moderator Team by clicking here.

@sher323 this is an open forum, please go back and remove your personal info. Use the 3 dot on the top right of the post for edit.
Yes, you can always change plan. When select to change plan, you have an option to do it now or wait till the next cycle.
Doing it now, will charge you $35 now and forfeit any remaining data for the current cycle. PM has no refund and no pro-rated. So, if it is urgent, you might want to select to start in the next cycle
