I just purchased the phone plan yesterday and it says account expired when I’ve already paid for the month. Is there any solution to fix this?

Use clean browser, clear cookies, use incognito mode.

you were using the app to completel the activation yet? If you were only using browser, you need to download PM app on your phone to complete it
if you were using app and really something wrong, then please submit ticket with PM CS agent by direct message
