I fail to understand why PM does not link the "My Account" portion of the PM app to the "Community" portion of the app. Same goes for the website. It is agrivatingly frustrating to have to enter my login info (which is the same for both) email & password when trying to go from "my account" to the "community". I understand the need for security but why the extra hassle when I'm already in a secured area and trying to navigate to another part of secured access. It seems redundant to seperate access. On top of that to have to wait for the six digit code to be text to me to gain access to either is just a bit too much. They should both be accessable under one login. Just one more thing about PM that makes me scratch my head.

@Fedupclient while Community and My Account both use EverSafe, it does not necessarily mean logging in one will get you access to the other one without login again

It is like different sites can use Google as login, but logging in Google once does not let you logging in all sites automatically

I realize it has a link I'm not disputing that fact. The point of my question and post was why if I am already logged into "My Account" does it then require me to once again login to the community while using the link you mentioned. It would just make sense to me to have everything streamlined underneath one login not requiring me to log in to jump back and forth.

Agree with you. 

The website and app can be improved.  Saying that, I rather have extra security than less.  With so many scams and frauds out there, it is necessary to have strong protection to gain access to your cell phone plan/number. 

With Public mobile being a tier 3 company, there is less technical support and resources for the Public mobile site/app than bigger companies like Telus.

The PM app does have a link to my account. The top right horizontal bar allows you to go to your account. On the website on my desktop or laptop. It does have a link on the Community page to my account.
