Hey, trying to finish account setup. Eversafe wants to send sms to my phone number.
But I am using the sim in a mobile hotspot, so no way to see the message.
Help!

Did you download the PM app on your phone to complete the activation of new plan?

Try clicking on didn't get the code and see if there is an email option. If there isn't, you'll have to reach out to a CS Agent which can take days right now.

hi @Dwilmeri-Barn are you porting your number? the sms has sent to your old carrier sim
but if you really cannot get the code, ask PM agent to help
