I can’t receive access to my eversafe I’d code because it gets sent to a number I cannot access due to an inactive sim

so, you click on "didn't receive code" and you don't see an option to send email?
in that case, best to just submit ticket with CS agent for help. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

One thing you can do is to click on the "didn't get the code" link (as shown below). And then it will give you an option to send it to your email. Let us know if you need any further help 😉
