it does not show me a PM sim, only has telus sim. Where do i get the new sim number to add ?

esim can be confusing, you might want someone to help
basically go to Sim Manager, disable old esim. If iPhone, goto Settings -> Cellular and toggle off "Turn on this line"
to turn on PM esim, enable it on Sim Manager. if iPhone, go to Settings-> Cullular and toggle ON " Turn on this line" and change the label to Primary
then Reboot phone and Reset network settings

doing e-sim, and very new to this method. do i just continue to wait a bit? and reboot again ? not sure how to disable old esim ?

Also submit a ticket will not allow me to complete the ticket. All areas filled and complete but submit button is still locked out.

you got a text from the old provider and you replied yes? you need to do that to approve the port
if you replied, wait an hour, remove the old sim or disable old esim, and enable PM sim and Reboot phone and reset network settings. See if it works
