I set up 2 Esim by mistake , how the heck do I reach a customer service advisor to refund me?
Did I make a mistake changing to a company that does not have anyone to talk to?

oh, if you meant somehow you set up 2 instead of 1, you have a chance then. Then them you had hard time following it and you did it by mistake, they will help. Submit ticket to them:

eSIM is free for activation now, so, PM didn't really charge you
if you want to change back to physical sim, just get one from Telus or Koodo store
but if you want to cancel the account because you set it up by mistake, PM is Prepaid and usually do not provide refund in such case. Of course, you can submit ticket with agent and ask
