I am trying to activate my account and it said it can not activate the esim. It's "searching" but I got the message that it didn't work.

HI @robynrittmaster so, you said the esim qr code is not on the Welcome email? if that is the case, the activation was not done successfully, please have CS agent to help. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

@robynrittmaster Check you phone setting for sim manager it’s possible the eSIM has already been downloaded to your phone if it is , enable it / set to primary and reboot the phone

Ask the customer support agent's to rectify this for you.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, send a private message to them by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.

Yes I tried activating through the app. My welcome email did not have a QR code

I presume you're using the Public Mobile app, @robynrittmaster
Activation must be done using that.
