Created another account with a new email because it said could have 2 accounts under one email. So did that created an account paid for subscription and selected eSim all was good then when i got the email confirmation inwas get in my partners phone ready to scan the QRncode and it automatically downloaded on the phone i opened my email with... so I removed that but now every time I sign in using that account it always signs me in on my first account log in and there different one is outlook and one is gmail I even type it in and click log in but still takes me to gmail and now I don't know how I'm gonna get the eSim installed on his phone now. Can I request a refund to start over or something

@Melfave eSim can only be installed ONCE and need to install on the device you want to use the eSIM on. Do not try to install on another device as PM won't be able to provide you another QR code due to some limitation.
If you installed on the wrong device , or installed it and deleted it, you will have to change to physical sim card
if you have not installed the eSIM on any device yet. Go to the device you want to have the eSIM and try to find the Welcome email. There is a QR code in your Welcome email. Open it from a computer, or another device, then use your phone to scan it to install the eSIM profile on your phone
Once you installed the eSIM profile, (or If you got passed that step), try to reboot your phone once. i
If it still does not connect, click Reset All Networks on your phone and it will work. (Please note that Reset all Networks will also erase your saved Wifi and Bluetoosh connections, but you just need to add them back after)
if it still does not work, please open ticket with PM support

I am sure you can’t have 2 accounts on one email address. Not sure who told you can?

I did that, and even installed rhe app on a different device that I don't even use and it did the same thing. I just hope the at I can get a refund or am able to be sent another QR code to use the plan on his device. It's ridiculous how complicating this self serve stuff is and having to talk to a bot that don't understand what your asking. There should really be a code thst can be generated when needed in the app snd what's the point of hte app when it always takes me to browser to sign in anyways. Soo frustrating

If you're using the app, please force close the app before logging into the second account. This is a known issue.
