I was doing a number transfer from telus. My esim wont connect to a network. So i cant confirm with eversafe. Im stuck in a loop. I had hoped i could delete and start fresh. Now it wont let me reattach the esim and i have no access to my eversafe.

iPhone or Android?
make sure the old sim card is removed, or disable it if the old one is an esim
Then reboot the phone and Reset network Settings. go back and make sure the PM esim is enabled , or make sure it is set as Primary and Turn on this line is enabled if it is iPhone
